You probably have had the same experiences that I have all the time: I receive mailers, E-mails, and obnoxious sales pitches from zealots "giving away their wares, MONEY." Typical is the promise that I have already been approved for $100,000.00 line of credit, or a Master Gold or VISA with zero fees, and on and on. I have people coming to see me who have had horrifying experiences with state lenders totally ripping them off.
